1300 m2 lot in "Valle Escondido" | BACK

“Valle Escondido” (Hidden Valley), located on Kilometre 16,100 of Ezequiel Bustillo Ave., on the way to Llao Llao Hotel. It is a gated community on the Campanario arm of the Nahuel Huapí Lake, in a residential area constructed on the hillside of Cerro Otto.
The project is designed on a 10-hectare plot with 250m (820ft) of lake shoreline.
It is the only gated community with access to the lake’s coastline within a purely residential zone. It is located strategically; totally sheltered from the wind, with real beach use, with private dock and mooring lines.
The community has permanent security and access control, which allows for those who visit the place temporarily to leave the house without the need of a housekeeper. Valle Escondido has the vast and prosperous nature, distinctive from the south of Argentina, where many families settled. It is perfect for fishing and for sailing on its lakes.
The lot is the non-constructed part of the attached photographs, which means it is adjacent to those constructions.

It is the last lot on the dead-end street, where we also find 4 main lots with access to the coastline.
The lot overlooks the lake but does not have a coastline, although it is one of the few lots with its own moor already installed.
