“Muelle de Piedra” is a gated community with nearly 2 km (1,25 mi) of shoreline overlooking the Nahuel Huapi Lake, with a private dock and a marina. It is one of the few places in Villa La Angostura with a fuel pump for boats on a privileged natural setting, 30 hectares of natural forests within the 75 hectares that have native tree species with specimens of over 400 years of age, and an “Arrayán” forest, which together with the Nahuel Huapi Lake and the Patagonian Andes, constitute de essential features of the landscape.
It is a very exclusive place with only 54 plots with an average surface of 7600 m2 each, and first class building conditions.
There are many recreational activities that the surroundings offer; the Nahuel Huapi Lake is apt for water sports and recreational fishing, while the very close Cerro Bayo offers skiing and natural forests where one can take walks.
The distinctive feature besides the comfort, peace, and security, is the attractive charm of the landscapes together with the low population density the natural environment guarantees.
