The house receives the afternoon sunlight and is protected from the wind, which is very uncommon in Bariloche.
Lake Morenito is a very shielded lake, ideal for water sports (paddling, windsurf, stand up paddle.) It is a true paradise both for adults and children.
During the summer the temperature of the water is slightly higher than that of the other lakes, which makes it ideal for swimming.
Lake Morenito is connected through a canal to the Lake Moreno, which at the same time is connected to the Nahuel Huapi Lake, making it easy to have very practical and enjoyable boat tours.
A paved road comes down to the house between large autochthonous trees –cypresses, coihues, and myrtles-.
The house has a large parking area.
From the front, it has a yard and veranda with a Quebracho stairway and a lawn that leads us to the lake.

The 450m2 (4,843.76 ft2) house has two stories and an attic.
The house is exteriorly and interiorly very well preserved and maintained.

Constructed with traditional materials, lenga wood and stone, it is very warm and cosy. Another characteristic is that every room has a view to the lake.
A spacious entrance hall leads us to the living room through a square stone arch. The living room has a large picture window with a privileged view, stonewalls and a fireplace. Next is the large dining room that is connected to the modern kitchen with an island and a pass through layout in order to enjoy the amazing lake scenery.
Furthermore we find the service area with a spacious bedroom, bathroom and a laundry room. Double entrance hall with a front door and another door that leads to the grill area from which you can access the large attic with carpeted floor.
On the other side of the living room we find the reception toilette and the main bedroom with its dressing room and bathroom.
From the bedroom, as well as from the living and dining room, you can access a spacious deck that acts as balcony to the front of the house, with two stairs on each corner that lead to the garden.
The entrance hall has a stone staircase that leads us to the ground level, where we find a large family/ TV room, with access to its own deck. On each side we find two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, three storing rooms, and capacious closets for linen.
