Fully covered in local wood and stone it has black roofs for winter weather, and a front wooden deck. Inside you find stone in both floors and walls and wood in furniture and walls, with Patagonian decoration.
Accessed through the back main door, you enter the hall which leads to a ample living room, where you can appreciate incredible views. To the right you find the kitchen and dining room and to the left a garage and bedroom. On the upper level you find 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house has WiFi, DirecTV, backup generator, laundry room and daily maid service.
In winter you have direct access to the Chapelco Ski runs as well as 2 unique runs only accessible by those lodging at the house.
