It is a picturesque building in a typically European style, built in 1930 to be used as a summer home. Its wide and comfortable galleries that surround it, allow you to appreciate the five hectares of gardens and hills that print different colors throughout the seasons. At the entrance of the house, there is a fire corner equipped with cushions, where our guests can enjoy the sunsets.

Rooms:
Its 8 rooms are distributed on two floors: 4 rooms on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom, 2 rooms on the upper floor that share a bathroom and 2 rooms in the external area of the house. The furniture and decoration respect the original style, all have queen or twin adjustable sommiers, air conditioning/heating, and desk.
Internal spaces:
A spacious living room equipped with comfortable armchairs and small tables that are part of a picturesque bar, are the perfect space to enjoy an aperitif while watching the fire in the warm fireplace.
The beautiful and spacious dining room is surrounded by large windows that allow us to contemplate the complete landscape while enjoying the exquisite dishes served by our chef. It is an ideal space to achieve full presence during meals at different times of the day.

Outside:
Sierra Verde is without a doubt, a space of enjoyment and tranquility. Because it is located on top of a hill, we enjoy a privileged 360° view of the landscapes that surround us: the galleries make up the perfect space to contemplate them.
Adjacent to a large external terrace, there is a pool of almost 20 meters long and from 1 meter to 2.5 meters deep. We have lounge chairs that allow guests to relax and enjoy the solarium. It also has a fire corner.
The property has a total of 4.5 hectares landscaped

In the basement is the Spa: it has a massage room and a heated Jacuzzi surrounded by windows overlooking the lush garden.
